Church Governance & Leadership
This is Christ's Church, and He is the Head. We are just His Servants and stewart's of His Grace
At RNC, we believe that Christ is the head of the Church and that healthy leadership flows from a plurality of elders who shepherd with humility, wisdom, and spiritual authority. We see the Church as a sacred stewardship of God's grace, every member valuable, every gift significant, and every life called to purpose.
At Restore Nations Church, we are guided by a council of Elder Advisors & Functional Elders , a team of five seasoned leaders who have each served Christ in Missional organizations, ministry and as pastors for at least 10 years. Alongside them, we have a dedicated Deacon Team committed to meeting the practical needs of the church family and supporting the life of the community.
We are also actively growing and nurturing the Five-Fold Ministry, as described in Ephesians 4:11-13, to equip the saints and build up the Body of Christ. Passionate leaders lead each ministry area called and gifted in their specific roles.
Together, this leadership family is committed to shepherding, equipping, and sending God’s people, while cultivating a healthy, Spirit-led, missional community prepared for the return of Christ.
Structure
Restore Nations Ministries serves as our legal entity, guided by a team of godly trustees who provide oversight and governance in alignment with the laws of the land. Their role ensures we remain faithful to both our legal responsibilities and the long-term vision and objectives of the ministry.
Spiritually, the church is led by a team of elders and an advisory council, who carry the responsibility of spiritual oversight. We are committed to operating under the biblical model of five-fold ministry, with the gifts of the Spirit actively at work in the life and leadership of the church. This structure allows for both accountability and spiritual vitality, ensuring that every decision, ministry, and mission flows from prayer, discernment, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
We are a community of faith, called to worship God wholeheartedly, serve others with love, and spread the Gospel as we make disciples of all nations.
In essence, we are a relational and missional church, deeply committed to building meaningful relationships and living out Christ's mission in everyday life. Restore Nations Church under Restore Nations Ministries, a registered Religious and Charitable Trust in Karnataka.
Restore Nations Ministries is affiliated with the Episcopal church and the National Theological Association.
